She interpreted it as the Pres telling Senpai take her on a nice date then give her the D after. Whether he literally fucks her or not it's the implication the date is for purely romantic intentions and now it's shattered as being a glorified field-trip (till the next chapter).

Also Nagatoro wearing a beret, and going to the zoo, are most likely a reference to 122557 on Nhentai, also drawn by Nanashi.
