I think she is the "demon lord" only by social position.
The profession as "demon lord" from status is one of the profession Zerios has - hidden under his profession "slave merchant".
He owns the 3 most important professions of "demon lord", "hero" and "sage".
All 3 of those can only exist once at a time.
So since he got them no one else can obtain them as long as Zeoris lives.

That also means that basically any "hero", any "demon lord" and any "sage" showing up are only called as such without having those professions for real.

Seems MC is good at mending bridges. Also, the Demon King seems to be a young girl.
Btw, about using Demon King or Demon Queen I prefer Demon Queen as Queen refers to a woman while King refers to a man of royalty. Although Demon Lord is more gender neutral and usually refers to the absolute ruler of demons. Although if there are other Demon Kings around I guess it wouldn't apply.

On page 12, the left dude's face is off-center and it's so easy to see, the author probably wanted him to be looking to the side a bit but simply copy pasted the face from the other 2 and didn't really change it.
