I don't get it. If the same rope bound them to the pillar, why didn't it break when MC charged that thing that came out of the well? I understand rope tying him up individually slipped off when separated hands. I bet shortly before Bandai's fame started to fall is when she was either possessed or replaced by a demon. Also, all that money she 'saved' is likely the money the demon/creature from the well stole. Strange nobody wondered why didn't use some of that money saved to hire a samurai or warrior to kill it. Seems like Bandai is feeding on all the negative emotions the people are giving off. Although is that creature part of her or what? Typical small fry bad guy mentality. Considers the money she stole to be hers like had earned it or something.
