Vomit Doctor certainly has his work cut our for him. Hard to say if it's conveniently or not. After all, it would be far more convenient to treat a patient well before they start to bleed from all orifices.

@Kaarme All of the islanders haven't had regular health check-up for a long time since they don't trust the clinic doctor and it is too troublesome to go to the mainland so it is no surprise they have health problems.

It's kinda sad that the level of Chinese hospitals is this bad, I know it's off topic but this is how they're in realistic life.
