Doctor Vomit is so naive. At least get concrete promises on paper, not just "I'll support you in any way I possibly can" empty platitudes. It's the same bloody hospital and the same bloody lying administration that threw Doctor Vomit to the wolves when Doctor Coward abandoned a patient. He's kind of an annoying MC, really. I hope he proves me wrong, but I doubt it.

@Kaarme I don't think Dr. Koto is naive, I'm pretty sure he knows that they are trying to manipulate him, but so far he has shown to us that the patient will always matter the most.

And to answer to your message from chapter 15 (I have waited for you to post here to be sure you were up to date with the available chapters), Dr. Mikami ends up being a cocky bastard who 's looking for recognition from his peers.
