sooo... can we just acknowledge how much of a beast Boichi is? He draws for Dr Stone and has his own ongoing manga called Origin and sometimes he draws some character models for magazines and he does all that work IN A WEEK. What a god

Honestly speaking, i'm on the side of Lion king over here. Reviving everybody is not the smartest of decisions, like he said they might be grateful at first but human greed will without a doubt take over their better conscious. This can even happen with young but with old people who are less likely to adjust to this new type of world, you will see it more. Which is why reviving young only is the better choice in my opinion
