I think rather than analyze, the insight works like an instinct. It answer questions like "Is this guy strong? Dangerous? " "from where would he attack me?" "how can I beat him?". Since he was bugged, he probably will see nothing.

The insight probably won't work since Dawun is an error outside of the system.
