@Aichan I guess it was first uploaded without the delay and then reuploaded with the delay. You read it when it didn't have any delay set-up because the uploader most likely had forgotten to set it.
Happened to me a few times (not on this series but it's not uncommon).

For the last chapter, it just continued to the cp 32 then we see the MC in the future thinking about the time MC and the old man met when MC was put back into the real world. Their stats and powers were also brought back to the real world. MC has a hobby of killing bad people but not good people. Only the bad ones such as murderers, rapist or etc.

i don't get it, he wished for someone else to go to their original world, so why is the dungeon sending mc back to his own world? did he get more than one wish and he didn't say his 2nd wish out loud?

@captain_crunch I assume it's returning him to his world just as a natural consequence of being cleared.

You can't normally leave the dungeon after entering, and the dungeon is it's own world separate from his original world and the world his class was sent to, so "returned to your original world" is probably just a default result of clearing the dungeon, unrelated to the granted wish.
