Eat-Man - The Main Dish - Vol. 1 Ch. 2 - The Friend in the Desert

Somehow I don't surprise if Bolt is old (or even older) as that bottle of wine

Man, the M.O.L.E. arc was the best one on the old manga. I really wish there was an anime of it.

...
that's sad ...
all friend and all girl who close to Bolt died ...
mostly because old age, while Bolt himself seems immortal ...
the one who can still meet Bolt is another immortal ...

damn these scans are so high quality

@Gackt1
it was revealed in the first manga that he has been around since the beginning of the world, since he created it

@Valkit thank you for letting me know, seem like it's time for me to re-read the first one (already forgot nearly everything about it)

@Valkit
Do you remember approximately when he admits that? It comes up in the final chapter, except he explicitly denies it... And then he goes on to spawn a different universe. Though, way I read it, this series continues from the first universe, not the newly created one.

Unrelated, I'm kind of disappointed that the wine is actually an bottle of wine, and not some canister of some ancient biohazard.

@Harvester
Bolt doesn't really ever admit anything about himself throughout the series so I took his saying that with a grain of salt since most of the manga implied otherwise

@Valkit
He usually just evades questions he doesn't want to answer, as I recall. In this case though, it's a straight up denial. Though, I guess it could be a circular thing. He made THAT world, but he's not The Creator, because somebody created him, etc. Also, does he ever straight-up lie (not just make a misleading comment) in the main series?

@Harvester
I can't remember a specific instance but then again I might've forgotten. Personally I'm hoping they'll clear some things up in this series since we know barely anything about bolt himself

@Harvester
Bolt does create universes. Going from the convo in the last chapter of the prequel, he has done so multiple times. Since death/destruction himself cannot remember his previous version, but the mysterious robot lady and Bolt do. He kinda regenerates death too by creating the new universe, thereby saving the current one, himself and death. But what struck me as Odd is still the question of Lean and Stella. Did Leon create him? If so then Stella surviving in this universe probably meant that this was the origin universe. Hope it gets cleared up in this sequel. For now this is Universe A, where Leon, Stella and Bolt exist and he created Universe B, and returned to Universe A for "the Main dish" arc

Why am I replying to a 2yr old post? Cuz I'm bored thats why!
