As much as I understand that was some expensive bill (~$100), shouldn't Koito have access to essentially Elda's living expense? Sure a lot of believers gift her food or other non-cash items, but you'd think some would also donate money as well.

Considering how Elda is living, it doesn't seem like budget is that tight.
