EGScans on MangaDex?

So I heard EGScans decided they didn't need to upload their work on other sites 'cause everyone could read it directly from them.
I'm a newbie and don't really know how things work here, but found this website to be great and was saddened I couldn't follow all series I like from here (some are from EGScans) but then I was thinking: What if the images are not uploaded here, but the reader use the EGScans direct image links? (no idea if this would infringe a good neighbor policy or something tho...)
