Sexual orientation is dictated by neurology, as is all behavior. While he has no doubt has the memories of his past life, his brain is currently that of a girl. To the point, the brain literally has to grow over time as the body grows after birth, and such growth would be dictated by hormones.

It could go anyway, of course, but it's not absurd to think that they would develop as a heterosexual female. Though probably not, considering some of the tags the LN has.

Yes, but that is determined prenatally. Post birth the sexuality is already determined. Unless you are saying that everyone is born with neutral sexual orientation, and as they grow up and their brain develops they then gain their sexual orientation. Which is absurd, as all that is prenatally developed.
So yes, as I said, if she is already born as a heterosexual she will develop as such when she becomes sexuality active. But if she is born a lesbian, she will develop as one.

Of course not. But again if she was already born as one, hormones at that point will just serve to shape her sexuality (libido and such, not what gender she finds attractive). Which was my point.
As the people were saying that of course she will start to like guys because she has "female" hormones that will influence her to do that. Forgetting that lesbians exists and have same hormones.
