Ch. 4 of https://mangadex.org/chapter/780631/1 doesn't load: all images return "failed to load" error.
Server NA/EU 1 and 2, chapter 3 and 5 load just fine

Chapter 4 is loading fine for me. Is your data saver and m @ h setting both on?
If so, switch off either one of them.

My image server are set as 'Automatic'. Have never tried changing to other options.

Maybe, it could be cache problems ..
You can test it by opening problematic chapters in incognito mode in your browser. If it works, then you need to clear your browser cache.
