Wow. That was a rushed ending all right. I actually thought two volumes was enough for this manga to end proper with the plot it built up so far, but I guess not.
This was a decent read - not too interesting and definitely not great. The doctor's fate had me feeling sorry, though. I knew his character was going to bite the bullet sooner or later, but he was more interesting to me than the protagonist and his 2D companions. Then again, this is the same author that wrote Region, Bio-meat, and Metro Survive. It was to be expected. Still, I like to think the horror aspect had potential in this one.
