why have Lilgardo in their names but Lilgard (silent o) for the country, the katakana(?) is the same?

also I'd read Beruberindi as Bervelind or Vervelind or maybe even Velverind/Velverlind/Velvelind, the i being silent. geez, the trouble of names.

Why does "Cow" on their shirts look like it was drawn in MS Paint? Was that in the raw, or was it redrawn in the scanlation ?
