Obviously he's a fuck-up, but that doesn't mean she's not the one in the wrong here. People can't even claim she's doing it for altruistic reasons because she's clearly doing it for her own amusement.

In the very first chapter she clearly states that she is only doing it to bully him and force inviting him to drinking parties since he's a loner and calls him a dumb ass even in this chapter we can literally read her thoughts.

It's funny, when I comment on Nagatoro physically abusing someone, and that making her a shitty person, people shit on me from every corner. When I comment on someone merely bullying someone they clearly like ("What a cutie", etc.), not being so bad, it's like talking to a stone wall.
