It's not like I don't have other manga to occupy myself with in the meantime, and I do prefer to keep chapters whole for more consistent reading... and to avoid situations like with this one manga on this site, where the uploader decided to merge the split parts of the first chapter, which unfortunately had the unavoidable consequence of deleting the original comment threads and replacing them with a blank new one.

This chapter at least has a decent stopping point. A lot of of other manga now will stop in the middle of a character's line. It feels like the art of the cliffhanger has been lost.
