No Lise is not okay, she's in a dark place in her mind, and the dark witch is clearly using that to affect her and drag her deeper.

I really appreciate that the 'Dark Witch' thing gives a good reason why Lise is hard to convince- a literal outside force is basically forcing the worst outcome for her thoughts. So it doesn't just feel like the character being stubborn or oblivious.

Actually seeing how the Witch influences Lize (and probably keeps doing this throughout the whole game, in normal circumstances) is heartcrushing. It plays with her insecurities that she already has a bad time expressing.
