Entry-level Cyberpunk manga?

I don't read a lot of cyberpunk-type stories, but after re-watching Psycho Pass I'm in a mood for more. I'll take any/all suggestions, but I prefer seinen. It doesn't have to be something limited to mangadex. I'm looking for something scifi, but I don't mind if it has a few supernatural/fantasy elements.

Blame!, Biomega, NOiSE, Abara, Akira, Knights of Sidonia, Memories of Emanon (and sort of but less so), Joshi Kouhei, Becchin to Mandara, and Tropical Citron. If you're looking for older sci-fi Tezuka (the god of manga) may be your guy.
