to be honest, just about every character the FML knows is kinda shitty. Her mother pushes her to be "perfect" but doesn't acknowledge her as either her daughter or really a person. More so an extensions of the majesty of the ducal house. Her sister is so jealous of her she admits to being the one who instigated the horse kick, and really shows no signs of remorse throughout the novel, the father is just kinda absent, and the prince goes full yandere. She's way better of without any of them.
