I don't think she ever actually loved her husband...they just got along well and had similar ideals. :/ Japanese society also apparently has been known to put a lot of pressure on getting married before it's too late.. So 30 seems right for deciding to marry.. She's 35 now. Ouch to the whole scenario though since it's not an unrealistic dilemma :/ interested to see more about her married life though, since I'm doubting there's ever been much of any "passion" and would be interesting to see the husband's PoV of the marriage..
