Dude like having known Valrose for 17-18 long years, you thought he'd know better than to hide everything. But alas, we need drama.
But everything makes sense with the release of this chapter.
Why he acted like that towards the young Duroa. Why even though he hates that blonde Knight for being in an engagement with her while being in love with another, he won't harm him. How he's scared of the fact that Duroa's friendliness and now tolerance towards him might have been his own hypnosis and not of her free will. Why he won't ever kill a single traitor no matter how close they are.
