Ex-licensed manga and fan translations of licensed manga

Am I the only one that feels allowing ex-licensed manga and fan translations of licensed manga on the site is playing with fire? I've noticed a few titles are currently licensed in the States and while I don't really care about the ethics of any of it I'm just worried about some publisher stirring up drama.
