Honestly, I'll most probably be fine if I became immortal as I have developed from my surroundings to be apathetic enough to not care about any family, friends, or people dying in front of me. I would only find it to be quite a bummer. (me being bored and lonely)

The thing I really fear is heat death and the possibility of the universe only being a once-upon-a-time existence.
