Also ignored all the other people's arguments calling out his entitlement. Wonder how old physically this guy is (since he said he didn't have time like "younger people" = students in his definition) because he sure acts like spoiled brat.

You come here asking for a feature, people point to you that the featyre is technically against the rules.
You can't just expect that rules will change just becauae you demand it to.
You don't even give any logical reason that it need to change.
Saying that you feel punished is not a reason, you didn't even prove where it punish you in anyway. Did by using MD it limit your ability to read release by group who leave MD? No. Did by using MD you're unable to obtain any information that those group release any chapter? No. They stop releasing here hence the notification stop? That's obvious, duh. Where is the punishing part? In which part that MD giving only notification on group which upload here is unfair to anyone?
We gave you reason that it's not MDs job to scrape those notification from outside MD nor it's in their interest to promote those site here.
We gave you reason that giving those notification is a punishment to those who use MD to distance themselves from for profit group/agregator site. Why not give us reason to betray those who use MD for that specific reason?

Surely for an adult you understand how discussion and argument work.

I don't see what was so hard to understand about the initial post: Instead of having chapters vanish entirely when a group leaves, let the chapters be links to the groups' websites.

It would be the same as all of the MangaPlus chapters that are already getting posted here.

@kiby did you actually read the explanation about how MD is not a free advertisement for groups who chose to leave or don't use MD in the 1st place?

Also MangaPlus is official scanlations which is different from fan-scanlation groups

No, all of us understand the point. There's nothing confusing in the feature mechanism. But that's also why the proposed feature is undoubtedly breaking the rules (if you read and understand them).

If you're going to equalize mangaplus to any group releasing scanlations and wants all of them treated the same, then there's nothing to stop any aggregator site to watermark other groups release, downscale, label it "budget release, a scanlation service for poor fag from third world country who have limited internet bandwith", then claim it as theirs and put their link here.
