So I tried to upload a chapter for a manga and it went through and got uploaded I selected the group as "Unknown" since I didn't know which group to attribute the chapter to.
But then it got removed and when I try to upload it again as "no group" or my own group I just created called "Jokers" it says Failed: You cannot Upload chapters at this time.
Is there a cool down for uploading chapters because it got taken down? For me?
