Its funny that gildarts was the OP character who couldnt do much or he would end the story for how strong he was, but in the end, brandish is basically a god, do a lot of things and poor guildarts is there in the trash still not being able to appear.

@St0rmFury: More like its the condition.
While Gray can make Ice out of thin air, but i think he does it by collecting the moisture in the air (so its power is low i guess).
So, in a sense, if Gray has a Water source nearby, then probably Gray can practically use that water as a base (rather than collect moisture), and produce more powerful Ice Magic.
