It’s a Japanese thing, once your 30 your an ojisan/obasan. A teenager is basically the prime age for them, hence so many stories centered around that age and how women have to get married before 30. You’ll see this a lot in stories centered around someone in their 30s, like this one with ojisan right in the title.
