Honestly, if you ask me, Gramps prolly passed that down to find a worthy successor to him, but nobody ever got it down, and I dunno if he actually has a Zabaniya but if he does, considering that and I quote a comic and probably Canon "THOSE WHO BEAR WITNESS OF MY CRAFT ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EXIST IN THIS WORLD", it probably means that his Zabaniya is a Insta-Kill NP and he can use a lesser version to inflict the concept of Death onto things, like Tiamat
