Giant exploding heads is... kinda silly? This could've been really quite horrifying, I feel. The art is really well suited to horror, and maybe that's why it didn't feel quite as scary, since none of the characters looked quite human to begin with. And maybe the premise could've been terrifying as well, if we were given just a bit more time with it, and were shown a character to really empathize with.
