Calm down kids, the author's story/direction have been solid so far, you really think he's going to open up a whole love triangle subplot when the rest of the story has been so good without any drama? All relationships are going to have obstacles to overcome, (usually) it makes the couple stronger if they can overcome said obstacles. There always seems to be that 'one big hurdle' any rom-com couple needs to clear no matter how poorly put together it is to actually confirm their relationship. Either that or the author is getting writer's block and needs to stretch the story out for that dosh.
