FFF-Class Trashero - Vol. 1 Ch. 30

Poor Porter, I hope his poison is at least tasty and he gets a bit of action before death.
Glad when teams mass dump chapters like this, especially when the chapters would have left you unsatisfied if they had breaks in between. Thanks guys!

from slave to king.....
if he survives he might have a decent life ahead of him.
....and if the kingdom is still standing by then too....

I have a feeling the mass spree of murdering the management of the country is going to come back and bite him in the ass. And he seemed like he was smart at certain points previously, why can he suddenly not tell that saying "off with their head" is scaring ppl and not making them admire him? If this was france he would be next in line to be executed. Not to mention ppl will doubt the accusations considering how much suddenly appeared out of nowhere by someone who shouldnt know (though I guess the guards will trust him, as they somehow caught everyone redhanded during the act).
Marrying porter to the princess could either be a really good move, or the worst one. Apart from not understanding how the hell he managed to make them agree to it (its literally a slave), it is also going to make him lose any goodwill he still has from pretty much anyone. But if he can ride out the storm, odds are ppl will see his calming down and distancing from politics as legitimacy to his claims, and porter might gain popularity if the princess at least looks happy.
Though I have no clue how he intends to run the country, now that they lost so many administrators, and the king has been taught absolutely nothing about ruling.

And if killing the royal family brings so much troubles, why couldn't he just say they were exiled/put in a convent/house arrest, and then assassinate them when public eye was no longer looking?

@feha
Lul dude. You overthink too much. The hero is op anyways. He got Mollang's teachings. Even the poison dragon couldn't poison the MC. Now MC is the king of poison. He can probably cure Porter if he ever gets poisoned. To summarize: Might makes right.

@monkey123 you forget his goal is not to survive or even to rule. His goal is to make ppl love him for dat reputation score.

@feha
And he gets reputation by displaying a lot of judgement. Then he makes a new king as a puppet and this will shower him with more reputation. So what don't you understand?

We're only in chapters 30, and we already see a King replaced by a puppet King, I'm loving this.

I feel conflicted.... These are all morally hard choices.

But I think I agree more with Hero-nim than with the "teacher".

Hopefully he tries implementing modern society into this kingdom before it's economy falls into shambles because of the lack of nobles.

@Shirokamisama
About the choices, he chose to kill that girl with glasses at the carriage, she did nothing wrong, she would become a cruel and evil leader, but she did nothing wrong up to that point, he does not needed to kill her like that, that was morally incorrect imo.
About the Queen and the corrupted princess, they were killing innocent people, worshiping Satan, and they invited demons to the kingdom, they were catch doing the act, now about the other corrupt nobles, the hero also had proof about their crimes and corruption, those executions were all correct.
Marring the last princes with the one that executed her family was cruel, but was also the only way to show that she was not corrupt and sided with justice, she would live her entire life being suspected of being a satan worshiper as well, so that was her only way out to have a decent life

people need to understand one thing here
you do not get married for love, that is a VERY modern concept, marriage has and always will be a strict business contract, and if you want to say different, then why are lawyers involved at any step?

above that, this is someone of high status, a class of people who to this day marry people they don't like for political reasons.

@joel7686

Albeit my comment might have been misinterpreted, I did not ask for a lecture. :)
But I was glad to see your point of view.
What is good and what is wrong are relative, and each person have their own definitons for them.
So, what you posted is "merely" your opinion. Someppl might say that killing is always wrong, or would say that killing that princess was also good, cuz her twisted nature probably already developed.

But thank you for sharing your thoughts! :D

@joel7686 Killing the princess that would turn into a bloodthirsty ruler is wrong, according to you. MC seems to follow a purely mathematical form of morals, i.e. the greater number of people 'saved' the better. Killing her is then 'good', because one life weighs less than all the lives she would have taken.

Reputation F
Character: FFF
He is failing himself all over again, looks like he wants to live in this nightmare forever.
