@0takuDragonSlayer True. And while there is some stuff seeping through, this manages to keep it just fantastical enough to ignore some of the fridge logic, like gender mixed matchups and such, without it turning into a full blown battle manhwa of throwing energy balls around.

Also, the female fighters finally have some muscle on them, instead of being French runway models. Girls of the wild's had a lot of good going for it, but that was often quite jarring in it.
