Filter follows?

hello! I've been using mangadex for a few months now and i was wondering if there was a way to filter my follows, specifically by language? the stuff i follow usually has a lot of chapters, and is constantly uploaded in several languages. this isnt really a problem as much as it is a pet peeve. i'd like to streamline my follow page so im not flooded with chapters in polish or italian or whatever when i only ever really read stuff in english and spanish. sorry if this is a commonly asked question
