Well Maki is gonna need some work to pull out a win now.
Insane girl being able to sense fires, does that help with finding pillars to? If so she is gonna be a pain for our heroes and a big boon for the white hoods. Also, she might be mental, but that outfit looks nice on her.

I … hate the plot so much.
It's still a really good manga. Well drawn, good world building, okay-ish/good protagonists, but especially the plot and the antagonists makes me wanna stop reading this so hard.
There hasn't been a single antagonist that gets me excited. With every single one, I just wish them gone the instant I learn more about them.
I hope this changes on ongoing chapters or I'm just gravely mistaken.

I feel you ... Things could be much simpler if some 'deliberate stupid things' avoided in the first place, like how shinra handle that 5th pillar ... More Resources could be used to develop critical parts of the story
