how long do I have to wait until I can comment on manga threads ?

@RoundMidnight You don't need to wait to comment. Though I've found that after the server upgrade, there are times when I post a comment, it doesn't show up until a few minutes later. If you encounter any error message while commenting or anything says you can't comment, could you post a screenshot?

@Yatsuki I can comment now, it seems there's a day waiting for newly created accounts.
I tried posting this request yesterday but I kept receiving the same warning,
probably a measure against spambots.
It's fine to me but they should put it in the rules or in the manga tutorials stating the exact amount of time needed.
