That's actually an issue with the account privileges itself,
The only way to fix it is to join the mangadex discord server and ask one of the mods by providing your issue, your profile ID, and profile link!
A few of our discord members had the same issue, but the mods helped them quickly!

Nice translation, but can u give ur staffs some credits please they worked hard on the chapters so they deserve to be known.

If I’m ur staff I would probably quit right away, stop being so disrespectful!!!!!!!!

I have been in scans for months and I know abt how it feel to not be credited after working so hard! Please consider this!

Pardon? Our staff members are always credited in the intro page! And ones with Ko-fis are shared in the credits page.
If you only see my name for that chapter, it’s often because I’m doing the scanlation solo for that chapter.
If it’s in regards to something different, I’d love to know other ways to help our talented team members feel credited! After all, their work is always impeccable!
I apologize if this misunderstanding upset you in anyway!

I would like to suggest a novel cause i really like this one, hope you like it too though it was short , but i'm really curious about how story goes by. I found it to any other cite but it doesn't have any english translation that's why i'm commenting here. if you reaaallly don't mind it is "A GENTLEMAN'S UNIQUE TASTE" I'm rooting for it hehe. I hope if you don't mind, would respond if you're not going to pick this. cause i don't want to wait for nothing. Thank you
