I hust realized after rereading this chapter that the 3rd child is Chinatsu, probably. I mean, she is more or less trained by both Kowata sisters.

Rereading this, I wonder if the "important role" that (presumably) Chinatsu will have might have something to do with how the Association is relaxing the rules around secrecy. The author has been setting that up for a while, after all.
