Miyajima Masanori is the artist and I guess interviewer for this chapter. Currently, the only work by him in Mangadex is Dekoboko Animation.

I don't watch much anime these days (Eizoken is the only one from current season I'm viewing) so had no idea this series even had an animated adaptation. Just started a batch download.

@Moodyz the anime is a fantastic adaptation. I think they managed to capture the comfiness of the manga perfectly. If you like Flying Witch or Iyashikei shows in general, you're going to enjoy the adaptation. It sucks that we never got a second season. I really miss waking up on Sunday mornings and eating breakfast while watching a new episode.
