This would be very nice.
It would require that creators were associate with the same substring across all works.
I notice that, right now, when I search for a creator, the search function casts a wide net, scooping-up creators other than that exactly specified. (This wide net has caused me to find some interesting stuff.) To follow just a specific creator, a finer resolution would be needed.
