these are pretty small basic things, do they really show that she's from another world? she gave mouth to mouth and she told people to wash their hands which nobles already do. maybe it's just me but i wouldn't think that was enough evidence to prove someone being from a different world.
then there's a series like Release The Witch where the MC invents steam engines and machine guns and no one bats an eye.

The thing that interests me is the reaction of the heroine, what will be your response when she finds out that the reasoning for the main character treatment of her. Will she start to feel guilty knowing that there is someone much better suited to becoming queen than her reincarnated or not. What happens when the heroine begins to think that she might actually be the villian of her own story. I might be over thinking it but at least it could be interesting.
