Forum Search Function

I wanted to find info about a topic mentioned on the discord, but alas, there's no way to do so. I even tried "topic site:mangadex.org/forum" in Google to no avail. There are so many posts now and they'll continue to get buried as time goes on, so we need a way to find them.

(I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned in the megathread)

I'm sure I've seen suggestion like this before too.
But well, forum suggestion's megathread doesn't really updated so it'd be nice to bump just so devs could take notice.
