I was actually wondering if this whole thing about breastmilk slavery women was true. So I did some light research cough cough google and found out that it did happen. There were a lot of articles mentioning slave wet nurses back when the American slave trade was a thing. Apparently, they referred to it as "liquid gold" and used slave women to nurture the master's children.
