I think the last time we actually saw Fran get anywhere near this angry was that one chapter in the previous series (ch. 7.5) where some shady studio made an adult gore video with "Fran" and "Prof. Madaraki", and Fran supposedly got mad about the professor's design and, well, "dealt" with them (by giving one of their victims "something" she wanted).

She probably harvested their organs to save her friends. Then did her trademark "sew em all up together" so that they could compensate for everything the others are missing as a gestalt organism. And....that thing that was created out of them is probably living in the lake now.
