Im always weirded out that adorea in cover pages has a pretty face but in the manga itself she has just a mass of tentacles

Well, she’s not actually a mass of tentacles all over her body. We’ve seen the bandages moved to reveal the zippers, after all. I just assume her face can open up to unleash those tentacles to drag people in and take their organs, and she’s just never revealed her face normally without unleashing the tentacles as well.
