@Andiza if he seriously think he's getting a lot of hallucination, if he thought about curing it, he should go to a doctor instead of a hot spring, there are doctor that can help you with hallucination and such, and given this series, he probably gonna get isekai'ed as soon as he enter the clinic or hospital and meet isekai doctor anyway,but at least show he tried to cure it.

If he did go the doctor and prescribed anti hallucination medicine I imagine him being isekai'ed again and since food and such have magical effect in that world his very presence removing a mass illusion by a magical villain or free a king from enchantment when for some reason the king managed to ingest his pills.
