Fukakai na Boku no Subete o - Vol. 2 Ch. 8

The chapter ending right at that spot is a crime. The mangaka strikes again with the cliff hanging ;w;

Though that said, I'm super happy Tetsu calls his sister, well, his sister now! This manga is so wholesome.

Ahhhhhh

I dont want to deal with the impending shetstorm kotochan(?) is gonna bring up.

Mogumo happy expressions tho uwu

chapterly reminder that suzu has two porn doujins with his boyfriend drawn by the author.

@semon_demon and a third doujin by the same name that is actually non-H and is a prequel to the first two, and introduces the cafe and Sacchan, Ten, and Mei, although only Mei was identified by name.

yes! confess in front of the asshole friend! shes gonna blow up and start dissing out everyone there, then she gets bitchslapped by 4 pairs of hands

@givemersspls There hasn't really been any talk of intersexuality here. Mogumo is nonbinary, not intersex, which isn't the same thing. Tetsu's older sister was more prodding him with the question of "does it matter what gender Mogumo is?" than actually asking him if dating Mogumo makes him gay or not. More of a "it might, it might not, but so what if it does?" statement. She's telling him it's okay to like Mogumo and to date them and whether this makes him gay or not doesn't matter.

Tbh I think it's a mixture of both. Real life people do face these issues, but the message from this comic from the beginning has always been about acceptance. Mogumo is nonbinary and just wants to be accepted; Tetsu wants to accept his feelings for Mogumo; Mei (and Tetsu's sister) want to be accepted as a girl; Suzu wants to be accepted as gay; etc. Everyone at the café has something they want to be accepted for, which they find with each other. This is merely an extension of that theme.

This cliffhanger is just unfair, damn. I was already holding my breath for the next page.

@givemersspls I think the situation is slightly more nuanced than you're giving it credit for. When Sacchan asks her brother "If I were to say dating Mogumo would mean that you're gay, would you just give up?", it is in the context of Tetsu struggling with the idea of being queer. Over the last few chapters Tetsu has been examining the world around him and how it treats queer people, and among his revelations of how poorly queer people get treated both in real life and in fiction. And on top of that, he is starting to examine his own sexuality and is worried that he will be treated similarly poorly to his friends.

When Sacchan asks Tetsu that question, it is to affirm that he shouldn't let others perceptions prevent him from pursuing the person he loves. Tetsu won't give up on Mogumo just because others will see him as gay.

The question of "is it gay to date a non-binary person, regardless of how they present?" is a complicated real issue that exists, and really, the only real answer is an incredibly gay shrug.

Oh my, that was so good! l I was wondering when Testsu would start calling his sister sis ?
...but that cliffhanger at the end though...

I have a bad feeling about this cliffhanger but hopefully it ends up alright, great chapter though.
