These are my name suggestions/what I read them as:
plus/plas Laplatix (I think Gan is a military title, not sure) Olgeluse
healing hero: Elfinaphe Folvanted Rosenkreis (German for circle of roses) (nickname of red hero: Elfie)
And I would call the nation Daltor
I somehow overread the other names...
