@Raudhbjorn my logic for my combination is, controlling fire mean you can control heat. You freeze water by removing heat from the water, thus fire + water.

As for lighting... you know lighting in real life is caused by particle of water/ice that bump with each other inside a cloud, and cloud is just evaporated water. Thus water and air. Or maybe Fire, Water and Air...

But, eh, too complicated for trash manga...
