I've been thinking about how the doctor's character design looks familiar, now I finally recall what she reminds me of... She looks like Quistis + Bayonetta. I like such character designs, and personally prefer to see more glass-wearing intelligent-looking sexy female characters than lolis in ACG, it doesn't matter if they are protagonists or antagonists, love interests or even just side characters.

Sad thing is, you can see a similar scenario playing out in most isekai manga worlds if you apply some of our reality onto them.
Good thing manga authors usually make the world convenient and only mildly challenging.
